We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Your payment must be completed in full before we process your order. For security, all transactions are encrypted. If your payment fails, we’ll notify you via email and hold your items for 24 hours before releasing them back to inventory. Split payments or installment plans are not available at this time.
After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes. This is your only chance to review sizing, color selections, and shipping address—reply immediately if corrections are needed. Orders enter production within 12 hours of placement and cannot be modified afterward. We recommend screenshotting your final selections for reference.
Limited-edition drops may sell out during checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order (even after payment) if inventory discrepancies occur. In such cases, you’ll receive a full refund within 5-7 business days. We may also refuse orders that exceed quantity limits per customer or exhibit suspicious activity patterns.
All prices are displayed in USD and include material costs but exclude international duties. During sales events, discounts apply only to in-stock items marked with promotional tags. Price adjustments are not permitted for previous purchases. Note that some countries may add VAT or customs fees upon delivery—these are solely the customer’s responsibility.
Custom sequin and metallic finishes require 2-4 business days for hand-finishing before shipping. Standard orders ship within 3-5 business days via DHL Express or FedEx. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package departs our warehouse. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days domestically, 7-14 days internationally. Rush processing is unavailable for hygienic reasons (all garments undergo quality inspections).
Unworn items with original tags may be returned within 21 days of delivery. Final sale items (marked "Nightlife Essential") cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs—we recommend insured tracking. Refunds process within 14 business days after we receive and inspect returns. Exchanges are subject to availability and require a new order placement.
