    Order Cancellation

    Changed your mind about that killer club look? We understand—nightlife fashion demands spontaneity. You may cancel your order for a full refund if it hasn't entered our extended processing phase (typically within 4 hours of purchase for our handcrafted partywear). To cancel, immediately email [email protected] with your order number. Once processing begins (after 4 hours), cancellations cannot be accommodated due to our specialized production schedule, but our VIP return program offers flexible solutions.


    Returns & Exchanges

    Your satisfaction fuels our nightlife revolution. Return unworn JiveSole creations within 21 days of delivery—our extended window accounts for post-event recovery time. Exchanges are available for size adjustments or different colorways of the same style, provided they're still in our limited inventory. For exclusive glow-in-the-dark collections, exchanges depend on remaining stock and may convert to store credit.


    Return Conditions

    Nightclub-ready condition is mandatory: garments must show no signs of wear, smoke, or liquid exposure (blacklight inspection applies). Original JiveSole authenticity tags and glow accessories must be intact. For hygienic reasons, bodysuits and mesh items require protective lining during trial. Shoes must have undamaged specialty soles—our signature dance-floor grip patterns must be pristine. Returns without original branded packaging incur a $15 restocking fee.


    Exchange Conditions

    Size exchanges are prioritized for our most popular silhouettes. The 21-day window applies from your original delivery date—no extensions for international shipments. VIP members receive one complimentary express exchange annually. For light-up accessories, battery compartments must be factory-sealed. Customized items (e.g., monogrammed jackets) are final sale unless defective.


    Shipping Fees

    A $14.99 return shipping fee applies to domestic orders, covering our specialized authentication process. International returns require prepaid shipping labels (available upon request). This fee is waived for VIP members and cases where we've made an error (e.g., wrong glow color or size discrepancy). Multiple-item returns ship in one consolidated package to reduce costs.


    Refunds

    Refunds process within 12-18 business days after we receive your return—this extended period ensures our quality team verifies each item's club-worthiness. Original payment method refunds include item cost minus shipping fees. Store credit refunds include original shipping and process 3-5 days faster. Seasonal items purchased during festival months may require additional verification time.


    Note:

    Final sale items include clearance party packs and mystery boxes. Defective items reported after 21 days may qualify for repair credit. For hygienic reasons, certain intimate apparel categories are exchange-only. During peak season (October-December), refund processing may extend to 20 business days—check our holiday schedule for updates.


    Late or Missing Refunds

    If your refund hasn't posted after 18 business days: (1) Check with your payment provider—some banks hold fashion retailer credits for 3 additional days. (2) International transactions may require currency conversion time. (3) Email [email protected] with "URGENT: Refund Delay" in the subject line and include photos of your return packaging. We guarantee response within 48 hours during operational hours (2PM-2AM EST).
