All orders undergo quality inspection and packaging within 4–7 business days. During high-demand periods (festival seasons or holiday weekends), processing may extend to 10 business days. You'll receive email updates at each stage, from warehouse processing to carrier handoff, ensuring full visibility of your order's journey to the dancefloor.
Domestic shipments via standard delivery take 8–15 business days from dispatch. International orders (including Canada, UK, and EU destinations) require 12–25 business days, accounting for customs clearance procedures. These extended windows accommodate our meticulous garment preparation process, ensuring every sequin and stitch meets our nightlife durability standards.

Our premium shipping tier guarantees weekend-ready delivery for last-minute plans. Orders placed before 3PM EST Monday-Thursday receive prioritized processing and UPS/FedEx overnight options where available.
Priority service applies to: (1) Complete outfits (top+bottom combinations), (2) Orders containing our "Last Call" collection items, and (3) Deliveries to metropolitan areas with verified nightlife districts (e.g. Miami, Las Vegas, Ibiza). Service availability updates in real-time during checkout.
All cross-border shipments include proper customs documentation declaring contents as "festival apparel" with accurate Harmonized System codes. While we prepay VAT for EU customers, additional duties may apply in other regions. Unclaimed packages incur a $25 restocking fee plus return shipping costs to maintain our rapid inventory turnover for limited-edition clubwear.
We strongly recommend providing a secure residential delivery location rather than workplace addresses, as many of our signature metallic and sheer fabrics require signature confirmation. Third-party pickup locations (Amazon Hub, FedEx Office) are acceptable but may add 1-2 business days to delivery estimates.
